Easiest Taco Dinner Ever.

  • 3 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Rotel
  • Place the chicken in the crock pot, then throw everything else on top! Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 hours. Take out the chicken and shred with two forks. Put the chicken back in and stir it all together. It will appear a little soupy at first, but if you give it about 15 minutes to cool it will thicken up just right.
