Hearth Bread



This bread recipe is from a little bakery in NYC and it's so easy!

3 cups flour
1 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together and add 1 1/2 cups luke warm water. Cover with saran wrap and leave on counter for 13-18 hours. Preheat a pan in the oven for 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Take dough out of bowl put on a floured surface. Shape into a ball. Add to heated pan & cover with lid. Bake for 30 min. Remove lid  cook for 15 additional minutes.
