Heather's Cheesecake



Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter softened (add more if needed to get desired consistency)
1/4 cup sugar 
Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar in bowl until desired consistency. Press into pie plate or pan going up sides as much as possible. 

Filling
8 oz. cream cheese, 
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla 
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whip until stiff peaks form)

1 12 oz. cherry or blueberry
pie filling 

Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla in ab owl until smooth. Mix in your whipped whipping cream until smooth. Pour over crust & smooth out with spatula or butter knife. 
Pour cherry pie filling on top. Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
